We live in a neighborhood that is mostly filled with "elderly people". We have often walked by their houses and noticed that many of them have large sections of carpet in their garages. Normally we would kinda laugh, look at each other, then say something like what the heck? Well, just recently we have decided to give it a try. we carpeted our garage! HA! We LOVE it! It is like a whole new room added to the house. The kids can do whatever they want in there. We even eat a lot of our meals in it. So for now while the weather is so nice, we will enjoy it just like the rest of our "elderly neighbors."

My parents have always made their garage into an extra room. Right now at my parents it's half garage and the other half is a full on family room with TV, piano, fireplace, table etc. I think it's great to have another space so super fun. By the way your family is SO cute.
