March 1st

Probably Cohen's worst idea of how to start a new month out. (Not that he knows the difference but it sounded good.) He had to get some dental work done. His Aunt Colleen made him this awesome shirt to help ease the "pain" of the dentist. Here he is before going to the dentist.

It's pretty easy to tell these are the after shots. He was a good sport though and pullout out of it. 

It didn't take him long. Thanks again Kelli-Ann for watching Jacee for hours and hours. 

Lunch Date with Mema

You can't go wrong with a lunch date with Mema and Roland and Kelli-Ann! 

Pa

"Hey look at me Mom! I'm Pa!" Cohen got that exactly right because Pa always has a pen hanging from his shirt. He was pretty proud of himself too. What a stud! 

Walking Weather!

I'm so excited that I get to pull out our big stroller and start walking in the mornings again. While Cannon was at school Cohen, Jacee, and I enjoyed ourselves a good stroll. We ended our walk at Cannon's school. 

Then we walked to the park and ate leftover pizza. Yes!! I love days like these! 

This was Cohen by 8 p.m. that night. Totally zonked out! 

Sharing

I just love it when I catch my kids playing together good. Sharing!! 

Cannon's Days Off of School

Cannon had some days off school recently so we did our own school at home. All three of the kids stood up on those chairs for 3 hours while we did activity after activity. I think their favorite of the day was mixing colors though. (Don't mind Jacee's boy footsies. She's not picky when it comes to footsies.)

The boys were actually really good at it too. 

We did make a cheat sheet though!

Dogtown Half

My friend Alicia and I ran the Dogtown Half Marathon. It was a lot of fun but I definitely was not prepared for all the hills. We finished in 1.56. Not bad, but not my best! It was super fun though! 

Writing Stories

Jacee loves to write. Here is one of her most recent stories she has been working on. She has a few pages in this little note book that look just like this. It's hilarious!

Four-wheelin' Pink Style

Jacee thought she was pretty cool driving her four wheeler around. She even got daring and would stand up while driving. #sheiscool

The Dentist

The kids had dental check ups not too long ago. Cannon was a trooper. He got his x-rays and cleaning done with no fights. The other two kids not so much. I was a happy Mama to hear Jacee and Cannon were cavity free though!  Cohen no such luck! Poor little guy! 

PB&J in Bed?

Everyone always told me that girls are so dramatic before I had Jacee. I don't think I ever really understood until I had her. Holy cow! She can throw a mean fit! Ever since she was a baby when she would get inconsolable, I would just put her in her bed until she could calm down. Still to this day when she gets that way, I have her go lay in her bed. On this particular day, she was in her bed crying for a lot longer then it normally takes for her to calm down. She finally stopped crying and asked for a PB&J. Normally I would say heck no! Not in bed! But I was to the point that I just didn't care anymore. So there you have it, Jacee enjoying herself a good ol' PB&J sandwich in bed! Silly girl!

Here's a perfect Saturday for you: How about a lunch at Frostop then a hike on the Red Hill with Grandma Gaye and Grandpa Bruce! Doesn't get much better then that!

They're only Clip-ons

My mom bought Jacee some cute new Clip-on earrings. She looks adorable with them on. She seemed to love them too. Her ears would turn bright red while wearing them though so we stopped putting them on her. I was hoping this would help her change her mind about not wanting to get them pierced but so far no such luck. The day she gives me the ok, we'll be right in that store getting real earrings.

Friday = Lazy Day

Friday has seemed to turn itself into quite the lazy day around here. Monday-Thursday we have to get Cannon to school and pick him up so Friday we seem to lay around longer and kinda just hang out at our house. Sometimes we get bored and I pull out my trusty IPhone and try to get a good shot of the kids. I think at heart I want to learn how to do photography but it's so costly. For now, I stick to my IPhone.

Later the boys played on the old laptop. (I love that they are sharing a chair. )

 Jacee and I started our Valentines sugar cookies. 

Some how Jacee normally ends up right on the counter so she can see better. Do you blame her?
