New Year's Eve at our house this year was pretty low key. I made a little party dinner for the kids. I was too lazy to go to the store and buy real New Years signs and hats so we made our own. (Pretty sure the kids have more fun making them anyway.) Then we played some games I made up on the spot. I told them they could stay up till midnight (Ten. Hahaha.) So when the clock hit ten we banged some pots and pans and ran all over the house yelling Happy New Year! Then they were fast asleep in their beds.
The year 2012 treated our family pretty good. Hopefully 2013 is even better!
